Clinical Practice

I have worked as a Children’s Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS for 20 years, in a variety of healthcare and education settings.

I can provide comprehensive assessment and support options for children with language difficulties, speech difficulties and social communication difficulties. I can also provide support for communication before and after an autism diagnosis.
I am trained in delivering parent programmes to support early language development with or without social communication difficulties.

Therapy approaches are flexible and individualised to meet the needs of the child, and those around the child.
I can also provide support to education settings with tailored training sessions to meet individual or wider communication needs within the classroom.

My Therapeutic Approach

My focus is to support the child and those around the child, to develop communication skills within everyday situations in a meaningful and impactful way.
