Duty Of Candour Annual Report
1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024
About Duty Of Candour
In line with The Edinburgh Practice’s Duty of Candour Policy an annual report is published as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year. This report provides details as to whether the Duty of Candour process has been activated within the previous financial year. Further information about our Duty of Candour policy can be found on our website.
If the Duty of Candour has been activated the number and nature of these incidents will be included, with any identifiable material redacted. Any incidences where the policy has been activated will be reflected upon, including learning points and areas for improvement, as well as any resulting changes to policy or procedure within the practice.
