Supporting Mental Health Awareness Week from 12-18th May
This year’s theme was community. Every workplace is a small community and so are we! Each weekday, team TEP got together to participate in an activity that boosts mental health. We also posted a video of one of our clinicians explaining the benefits of the activity on Instagram.
Mental Health Awareness Week at The Edinburgh Practice
Monday – Workshop: exploring the benefits of Art Therapy 11-12pm
Tuesday – Focusing on diet with a healthy communal lunch 1-2pm
Wednesday – Benefiting from exercise with yoga 11-12pm
Thursday – Enjoying nature with a guided walk in Holyrood Park 11-12pm
Friday – Feeling connected with a coffee-morning catch up 10-11am

Tuesday: Sharing a healthy meal for lunch

We enjoyed the benefits of nature with a guided walk in Holyrood Park with rangers from Historic Scotland.
