Payment
We ask that you please pay for your appointment at the time of booking. You will be invoiced via email and can pay online or over the phone with a debit or credit card. Appointments that are not paid for 7 days in advance of the appointment will be cancelled. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Cancellations made within this period will be charged at 50% of the full rate. Cancellations can be made online or by phoning 0131 385 0934 or by emailing us. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
