Read Our ViewPoint Stand Feedback From Over 600 Submissions in 2025
In January 2025 the practice introduced a ViewPoint feedback stand at the entrance to the practice. We really wanted to provide clients and visitors to the practice with an easy, quick and accessible means to give on-going feedback.
We are delighted to have received over 600 submissions to the stand in 2025 with
96% rating the practice as excellent
And
96% likely to recommend the practice to family and friends
We have listened to feedback and made some changes and improvements to our services and the practice:
- Created a quiet waiting room if clients would like space away from the main reception waiting area
- Brought in fidget toys which clients can use and take away free of charge
- Been alerted to issues in one of our toilets which we rectified
- Added Yorkshire Tea to our tea options
