My Clinical Practice

I am currently working within the NHS in Neuropsychology, with specialist interest and experience supporting individuals with complex cognitive, neurological, and psychological needs. My work spans neuropsychological assessment, rehabilitation, and therapeutic intervention across the lifespan.

I have experience supporting individuals presenting with cognitive changes, neurodevelopmental differences, emotional difficulties, and challenges related to adjustment following illness or life transitions. I have experience administering and interpreting dementia, intellectual disability and neuropsychological assessments based on patient need.

My Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation approaches. I place strong emphasis on collaborative formulation, psychological flexibility, and tailoring interventions to each person’s unique strengths, values, and goals. Whether working with neurodivergence, memory concerns, or emotional wellbeing, I aim to provide a compassionate, thoughtful space that supports meaningful and sustainable change.
